HI
I need you to make the require changes to allow a PPTP VPN connection.
I am currently unable to use my works VPN
Believe this may be a router firmware change
Currently
Hardware Version FAST5364 3.00
Software version SGK100136
GUI Version 5.6.1
Need this resolving as a matter of urgency as I am unable to work

Many thanks for your help with this, the firmware change has resolved my VPN issues.
Is it possible to pass this is information/resolution back to the call center team?
Yesterday was very frustrating, continually being told there is "nothing to be changed" at Talk Talks end.
Then ultimately having to research the resolution myself on this forum is far from ideal.
I do appreciate the swift resolution though

There are other versions of firmware for the Sagemcom Wi-Fi Hub that tend to be better for VPN connectivity, the support team here will be back tomorrow and may be able to arrange for your router to be changed to a different version of firmware, to see if that resolves the issue.
