Hi there over the past few days i have noticed some packet loss, as someone who does play online games this is making things unplayable  my ping fluctuates between 15ms then up to  300+ in game, it also causes my Voice Calls to cut off momentarily. Testing with your line tool  shows no problems, is there anything that can be done, I don't think it is a problem with the hardware in the house.

Hi @MattTalk, just to confirm when you are experiencing this issue is it giving you slow speeds or your network drops?

VOIP is just a term to describe using the internet to talk to people via your computer, usually tools like skype, zoom or discord.

For more details i am connected to the landline in my room, I also connect to the router via LAN Cable on both console and computer.

OK, I have delved a bit deeper! Do you mean that you have issues when your landline is in use? In which case the first thing to try is connecting at the test socket.

I am a wee bit confused because you mentioned VoIP in the title of your post, do you have a Full Fibre service?
