Pointing to wrong IP Address

Good afternoon,

 

For some reason the loading of my wife's website is pointing to the wrong IP address, so have no access. When you use command prompt and ping it, you see.

 

Tried turning off the router and devices for several minutes, but no change. Tried accessing via other networks and no issues.

 

Hoping for some help please, tried ringing TalkTalk support, but cannot get through.

Hi

 

They do look odd.  Tried the site from here, I'm at home on a TalkTalk connection and all is working fine here.

 

Can you send in the traces in text rather than a screenshot so I can pass these to networks to look at.

Please find attached. The top tracert was done under TalkTalk network.

One below is done on a separate network, where the website can be accessed.

Morning,

 

Are you able to run a traceroute to the website whilst connected to your TalkTalk line and then also run another one connected to the network that works please.

Hi, thanks. Turned the router off for well over an hour, but sadly the problem hasn't been sorted. Still pointing to a different IP address 84.200.110.123 for some reason. Really could do with some help please, as can't access the WordPress dashboard.

Please can you try powering down your router for a full 30 minutes? This will reset the current session.
