Good afternoon,
Would it be possible for one of the staff to check my line profile to see whether it is set up correctly, please?
My broadband speed has dropped from an average of 15 Mb/s down to about 5 Mb/s.
It started a few weeks ago, beginning with losing connection every now and then. I changed my router, and tried with several different cables to the wall socket (including using the test socket inside it), but that had no effect.
I have used the online line-test function on Talktalk's website and the one on BT's site also, but the tests reported no line problems.

That downstream SNR margin looks stupidly high which suggests a high level of noise on the line. The support team will be happy to investigate as soon as they can.
