Remote access help needed

Can anyone help regarding allowing my IT dept remote access to my laptop.

Teamviewer doesnt give me a code that I need to provide the IT with due to security.

Or do I need to contact Talk Talk directly to deal with this.

Let us know if it works. If not, make sure that your personal details including TalkTalk phone number and/or account number are complete on your community profile (click here) so that they can link your forum identity with your account and then they can look into this further.

Hi,
If you go to my account, you used to be able to turn Scam Protection off there, but I haven't looked for some while.
To do so the instructions were:
1 Log in to MyAccount
2 Select My Services
3 Select View HomeSafe settings
4 Select OFF and confirm when you see the pop-up window

You may also need to disable any pop up blocker you may have installed
