Hi,
My bill was £22 a month for 18 months when I signed up. My contract just ended and I'm now being charged £49 for the same package (broadband and phone). My renewal offer is £28 (for broadband) and £16 (for phone) yet new customers are being offered the same broadband for £25. This is ridiculous. BT is a couple of £ cheaper and I'd rather go there regardless if this is how TalkTalk treats existing customers. Who can I speak to about not being ripped off?
