Hi,
With apologies if posting this in the wrong place.
I am attempting to renew my broadband only contract. TV not currently included as I don't need or want. However, the renewal offer includes TV at an additional £2 a month (discounted from £4) with no option to remove. Does anyone know how Ican get this removed before recontracting? Thanks in advance for any help on this.

Do the whole thing via Chat or by phoning 03451 720088, @mike14cg.
There's no way to remove the automatic TV charge for yourself in My Account, and they keep harnessing the TV charge to the online renewals.
This despite feedback...!
