So my broadband speed was super slow and I did a connection test that found I wasn't hitting my minimum guaranteed download speed and that there was a problem with the line. A fault report was opened and the page told me to check back over the next 24hrs for any updates.
Whenever I try and check the progress, I just get a spinning loading symbol until the page crashes. Have tried at home and at work (where I have 200mbps hard wired internet).
How else can I check the progress of this fault report??
