Hi, I left Talk Talk in Aug/Sep, but no returning bag has been delivered to me despite I was told so. How do I request the bag please?  Thanks

No, you do not need to include your account number when you recycle old equipment.

ZYXEL is on front panel. Is this what you were querying? 

What do I do with this router if I cannot return this model? 

I understand the supplier are responsible for recycling the equipment...?

I am sorry for that, the reason i ask is because you will only need to return the equipment if it is a SAGECOM router.

I've pre-wrapped it, have to unwrap tomorrow to find out.

While i look into the returns bag issue for you, can you please confirm what router you have? is a SAGECOM router?
