Router not working

I have a Talktalk super router (sagem) it’s not working any more. The light flashes fast orange then slow orange then goes off. I have tried the reset button, when I hold it in the light never goes off just keeks flashing. I have a router of my own, I have plugged this in and everything is working normally. I assume my router is broken

Thanks, I've received the new router and sent the old one back, so everything should be fine now, Ill connect it in the morning

Staff will be able to organise a replacement router for you, but they won't be back on here before Monday, @Asinrutee!.
