Hi,
Could I get a router return bag sent to a new address please? I was supposed to receive one at my previous address but it never arrived, and now I am at a new address.

Thanks. I've raised an escalation to have a returns bag sent to your new address, please allow up to 5 working days for delivery

Also, put the address to which you want the returns bag sent in the Private notes section.
