Sagemcom fast 5364 auto changing to busy channel after i set to a clear channel

I see I'm not the first to raise this issue! Why supply a product with a feature that doesn't work?!

 

Please stop my router from changing to a busy channel that makes the 2.4ghz frequency unusable!

 

I switch to free channel. WiFi works, short while later the WiFi stops and the router has switched to a busy channel again!

Many thanks Ferguson for your reply, and Debbie for turning this feature off. 

 

Hopefully it will now stay on a chosen channel.
