I paid my bill late, and have now cleared it and my balance is zero. Its been over 24 hours and its still not back on. I have unplugged the WiFi box, reset it and still nothing. I've had this in the past but its always been restored very quickly. My tt account shows as I've paid and I owe nothing. Any help? Thanks

Staff are not back now until Monday.
However the recommendation once the account is clear, is to turn the router off for at least 30 minutes and then restart your router.
