Signed up online, everything seemed okay, have a reference number. This approximately two weeks ago.
Not heard a word since, tried to ring customer services, they want a landline number or mobile number, who has land lines anymore?, they rejected mobile number, so hit a brick wall, even have a switch on date. Or have I?, who knows, certainly not me.
Sorry if I appear grumpy, its an age thing.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
