What else can I say . You have as much details as I have. I've gone through all the procedures. The problem here is you cannot speak to anyone. You are just given the run around. It just needs someone to get back to me and say we are going to send an engineer to fix it ASAP. I'm stressed out and annoyed.

The original fault was Los light lit onthe ont box. After checking i was told to contact the team by clicking below which was a blue bar/ button which doesn't work .I've tried multiple times. Cannot get through to anyone at talktalk to speak to. It's totally out of order. I'm fuming to say the least.

The blue button or bar to click on does not work so how do you contact. I've just been given the run around and getting nowhere. Someone needs to call me and let's get something done
