Still waiting on return kit

Can someone help me with returning my router. I have contacted Talktalk via Messenger twice who told me I would receuve a return kit in 24hrs, still waiting. Contacted Talktalk again via online chat from my account and still waiting on the return kit to arrive. I was told I would get an email to track the return kit, yet nothing.
