I've been unable to log into my Supersafe Boost. I've requested a change of password but no email received. Can I have a link that will allow me to do this, please?

Hi mickeblue, as I said to the original poster ther password message is always sent. Often though it ends up in the spam/junk folder. Have you checked your spam and junk folders.

Good luck with that one seedtesta.

I had to reinstall Windows at the weekend and couldn't remember my original password... was still none the wiser after 7 submissions for an email prompt so I called fSecure. Very helpful people but the answer I got was they don't keep details of TalkTalk Super Safe customers, so despite being supposedly covered until 31.08.23 I might as well uninstall the program and go tell it to the mountains.
