Swapping broadband

Hello.
I am considering swapping my broadband service from Virgin Media to Talk Talk. It says the installation fee is £60 and quote: 'installation charge if a new line is required'. Since I have had Virgin media come to install my broadband once before would it just be the case of swapping out the broadband hub? Or would this be classed as a new installation since I have never used Talk Talk before?
Many Thanks!

The infrastructure is not interchangeable, @iinocent.
If you have a BT master socket, that would be used by Talktalk for all but Future Fibre (which is different again).
You'll need to check when you order. Sometimes a credit back for the £60 set up fee is part of the deal.
