System reset due to kernel panic

Hello,

Wifi is dropping out once per day. Off for about 2 minutes then auto resets.  New instalation last month.  Was with EE before and no issues.  I reviewed the User log and see this:

Is this a know error please?

Hi @martynwjones it is a known error in certain cases with the Huawei DG8041W Hub. The support team here can arrange a fix, please make sure that your personal details including TalkTalk landline number and/or account number are complete on your community profile (click here) so that they can link your forum identity with your account and then wait for them to respond.
