The issue seems to have resolved itself as I am now able to log into my account.

I am able to see the screenshot above. Besides this error message, please confirm if you are having any issues with your TalkTalk services.

Sorry you can't view the attachment - it appears to be showing now when accessing the thread.

When attempting to log in as an existing customer, an error message is received 502 - Bad Gateway but at least the website is no longer completely down.
