Unable to access Cynergy Bank since moving to Talk Talk

Help! Unable to access both Cynergy Bank website & Cynergy App since moving from Shell Broadband to Talk Talk. I have turned my Router off for a couple of hours but still have the problem. I noted that the same problem happened to other Talk Talk customers in January. Please can you help me sort this problem out?

What happens when you try to access the website, do you get an error message?
