The gardener next door was just cutting their hedge and she's cut my broadband line. What should I do?

Your neighbour and / or their gardener are probably legally liable to pay for any charges you may incur, so its probably a good idea to have a friendly word with them and ask who is going to pay for the damage.
There may be other issues to take into account but these can then be discussed and hopefully an amical agreement reached

It's likely to incur a charge, @laspalmas77:

Chat or phone support should be able to fix this up for you.

Hello,
Can you please update your community profile to include your:
- Name
- Telephone number or Account number
- Alternative contact number
We'll then look into this further. Please do not post this information on this thread. Once you've updated your profile please post in your topic to confirm it's updated.
Thanks
Michelle
