I would like an update on a fault that I sent on Friday REP-1277385 please
I need the internet to be up and running please
This is the second time this year and I am getting fed up of this.
Can someone tell me when the issue will be resolved as it is impacting on my personal and work life.

The line tests are clear - No faults detected.

The issue is with internet only as the landline works.
I contacted you in January 2023 for the same problem. I cannot believe it has gone wrong.
I have called customer service and been on webchat for a total of over 2 hours.
All I want to know when the internet is coming back please.
Also I was supposed to have a callback from a manager but I have not received any response.
I would like to have the internet back by Friday as I will look at another provider so I can get internet soon as the engineer is not getting the internet back as fast as I would like to
