Uploading to OneDrive

I'm trying to upload all my files to OneDrive as backup - there's 205GB of data to upload, and it's got stuck on 159MB. My MS account allows up to 1TB of data. Is there a upload limit on my TalkTalk account, or some other reason why it might have paused? The settings are not set to pause, though there is a setting set to pause if on a metered network. Last speed test I did was download 15.5MBps (upload usually less, say 8MBps). Grateful for any advice on uploading to OneDrive.

I used to have similar problems with GoogleDrive. What I had to do was set up the bandwidth for each direction. I used 3MBs each way when I was on fibre 65. You'll have to vary that (if you can configure this in OneDrive) depending on your speeds to the PC.
