Broadband help

For queries about your TalkTalk broadband service.

Upload speed 0.8. Have had 3x2.5 hour sessions on chat and they cant find a problem.

I work from home and use video conferencing most of the day. I have been doing this with no problems for several years. Talktalk have been no help whatsoever.

I have checked on your account, and I can confirm that you are on Fast Broadband and your Highest Upload is 0.9Mbps and lowest Upload is 0.8Mbps.

If you have a standard ADSL (i.e. non-fibre) service then that upload speed is about right. 

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries.
