After doing a hub reset today to help overcome a connection problem, I can no longer log onto my hub in order to change something. The default user id and password on the device label no longer work.....any ideas ? I've been trying the support chat line but just went around in circles with 'sara'.
Cheers,
Mick

This time the pin reset worked, can now login in with the default creds. No idea why it didn't work the previous time though. The only difference was that the previous pin reset was a long hold (30 secs), this time (by accident not intent !) It was just a short hold on the press.
For future reference, the reason why my 2.4 channel disappeared is that it reverted to the default SID name which was the same for both 5 and 2.4. I 'd previously renamed the 2.4 channel as I have some devices that only work on that so I need it separately identifiable.
Problem solved ! Thanks for suggestions.

Best thing to do then is use the pinhole to do a pinhole reset.
This will restore factory settings and reinstate your original logon information to the router.
You can then logon and change the router password etc.
