I can see many having a similar issue but here goes:
I haven't been working from home for a couple of months and I had no issues connecting to the work VPN server previously. I had to work from home today and imagine my surprise when I wasn't able to connect to the VPN and being told by our IT that all colleagues on TalkTalk are no longer able to do so either.
Most other issues seem to be resolved by a simple router change but my one seems to be a different one that most have reported:

I'm sorry to hear this.
This router and firmware should work ok with VPN. Have you tried factory resetting the router using the pin hole reset for ten seconds?
