VPN issues. help needed

I use Cisco VPN for work and it has not connected since Wednesday last week. I see it’s clearly an issue on other threads so please can you fix asap!

I'm really sorry to hear this.

 

I've made a change to your router firmware, please can you retest?

 

Our Devices Team have asked if you are able to confirm your VPN Protocol/SW Version, as this will help our Devices Team with their investigations?

It will help the support team to look into this for you if you make sure that your personal details including TalkTalk phone number and/or account number are complete on your community profile (click here) so that they can link your forum identity with your account and then wait for them to respond.

 

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries.
