Hi,
We have 2 users working from home both with TalkTalk and neither can connect to the office using the TalkTalk ADSL routers. One had no issues before she was sent a new router the other was working ok till suddenly it stopped a few weeks ago. I've no idea why these ASDL routers don't connect to our VPN network. A colleague mentioned he had similar issues with connecting his home CCTV to the cloud had to go into the settings and change the DNS to google instead of the TalkTalk DNS servers so not sure if this will make any difference.
Any help ideas will be most welcome
