VPN wont connect

Hi
I have been a customer with talktalk for years and always worked from home and never had any problems but for some reason my company VPN will no longer connect to my Internet. My company IT have said its working... and I drove to my parents house to try it on their WiFi and it works completely fine so it is definitely my router problem.
I have tried:
Resetting the router
Turning it off and on again
Lowering my firewall settings
Making sure homesafe security stuff is all off
Looks like it might need a firmware update? Can someone help me? I am at a loose end. Live chat person just tells me its not them as they dont block vpns. But it 100% is cause it works everywhere else!

What version do you currently have - it may already be the latest?
