Hi

im unable to connect to my vpn 

I’ve read that this may be due to the router firmware

how do I get an update please

Hi,

 

I've just had new fibre installed and have an issue not being able to connect to work VPN. Won't let me use teamviewer either and wont let me access certain websites. All my homesafe settings are switched off and I can access the vpn using my mobile as a wifi hotspot so the router is the culprit. I have tried rebooting both the openreach modem and the router. The router is Sagemcom Fast 5464-2.T4

 

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
