Broadband help

For queries about your TalkTalk broadband service.

Very poor internet speed, paying for 59Mbs down & 18Mbs up, getting 40Mbs down & 14Mbs up.

Happened about 3 weeks back but was fixed, problem was not on my property.

It's happened again, 8:38 on 3/07 reported, had com saying somebody would be in touch, it's now neatly 1800hrs on the 4/07, had no other coms from talktalk. They are useless, no wonder they're going bust.

Staff here have probably now left for the day and won't be back until Monday.
