Is Everymail subscription needed if I have a fibre account

I keep getting bombarded with eamials from Everymail. How can I stop these

If they are genuine and not spam you need to contact TalkTalk.

 

To check if they are spam check the sender's real email address by hovering over their name if it's anything other than TalkTalk or possibly Everymail, then it's spam
