Logged out of internet and not able to log in

Hi all, trying to reconnect to my wifi after randomly being shut out on all devices an hour ago. It is now saying my password is wrong and I cannot get through to anyone on the TalkTalk telephone number. The lights on the router are absolutely fine but I cannot log in. I have also tried turning it off and on again to no avail, anyone had anything similar? Thanks in advance.

Hi,

 

Have you previously changed your router WiFi name and password from the default the router came with?

 

If so try the username and password on the router in case they have reverted to the default 

 

If not, or that does not work, there is a pinhole on the reverse of the router. With it on, insert a pin until the router restarts. This will return the router to factory settings, including the user name and password.

 

You should then be able to log in, using the details on the router.
