WI-FI only available on some devices, ethernet only working on some devices

In last 3 days I have had issues with some Wi-Fi devices not connecting to my Wi-Fi, and also some ethernet connections dropping out.
Everything was running smoothly for many years, then they just stopped.
To confuse matters, its different devices at different times that drop out.
I am on 67 mb broadband, my router admin setting show speeds around 69.9mbps download and 20mbps uploads.
I've checked all connections, un plugged and rebooted router, rebooted devices, to no avail.
Any suggestions please?
Robert

Hi Robert
I can see that a fault was raised to our Faults Team for line testing. The notes advise that further testing is required (different router, test socket etc)
Please let us know once you have received and tested with the replacement router. If the fault is still present then we can look at the next options.

Hi Robert
The router is on its way, please allow 24-48hrs for this to arrive.
Let us know how the connection compares with this router.
Thanks
Debbie

Hi Robert,
Ok thanks for trying this. Would you like us to send a replacement router for testing purposes to rule this out?
Thanks
Michelle

Hello Michelle,
As suggested I have done a factory reset on my router.
Nothing has changed, I am still getting Wi-Fi on some of my device but others are not connecting.
The devices that do connect have intermittent connections.
Regards
Robert

Good morning,
I'm sorry to hear this. Have you tried factory resetting the router and then re-setting this back up again? If this is still happening after a factory reset then please let us know and we can send a replacement router for testing purposes to rule this out. We would also send a router returns bag so that one of the routers can be returned.
Thanks
Michelle

Hi Divsec,
Sorry for the delay in responding.
My router is the Sagemcom Fast 5364.
I don't use a landline, my router is connected into a FTTC socket.

Hi @Transcend which router do you have? Have you tried connecting using the master socket, is your phone line OK?
