WhatsApp and Reddit not working over WiFi on Android device

WhatsApp regular backups and most of the time messaging does not work over our home Wi-Fi over the last 3 months on my Android phone.

And since this morning the Reddit app has also stopped working. Both apps are working fine on mobile data and also over my work Wi-Fi.

I have reset my router. I have reset my mobile Wifi connection. I have disabled battery optimization on my mobile as well.

However, still facing the same trouble.

The service status through TalkTalk account page shows that there have been high latency issues with my phone, while my other devices (2 laptops and an amazon device) are working fine.

 It would be great if I could get help on this issue.
