@KadieJade97 staff member @Michelle-TalkTalk should be able to arrange a replacement router with all the necessary cables and power supply.
You will need to return the old router.
EXACTLY what model of router/hub do you currently have ?

I spoke to live chat and they said they would send me the two wires I needed but today I’ve received an Ethernet cable, that isn’t what I needed, I need a power cable for the talk talk router and the cable that goes between the BT box on the wall and the router, can you help?

TT do not supply power cables on their own.
Hopefully a staff member will arrange a replacement router pack, but be aware they do not normally work at weekends so calling 0345 172 0088 or using Live Chat may get a faster resolution.
