Hello
My account migrated to talk talk from Shell.
My TV shows that it is connected to ethernet rather than wi fi.
I've tried to connect using the shell password but this does not work.
Please advise.

Do you have a TalkTalk router or a Shell one, what make/model is it anyway?
Does your TV (make/model please) normally have an Ethernet connected to the router as well as WiFi?
