Internet light not lit on router/but internet working. Do i ignore it.? Also keep saying i have a fault on phone now but that seems ok.

I have edited your post to remove your details, please can you only add this in your Community Profile.
If you click on your Community Username - manage users settings - personal information, you can then add the information there. Please click the save changes button after you have entered your details.
