There is no reason why freely would not work with TalkTalk internet unless your speed is too low for the recommended speed to work, or you are experiencing a low WiFi signal to your TV or Freely box (assuming you are using WiFi).
Double check your WiFi is connected to your device and you have an adequate signal.
Have you ever been able to use freely or is this a new issue?
Have you tried rebooting your router?
Have you tried resetting your TV or Box?
With a week WiFi signal, have you tried repositioning your router for a better signal?
