Update 8:40PM December 17th 2024 - Our team are in the process of applying a solution to all impacted Wi-Fi Hubs and aim to resolve this by tomorrow morning.

Apologies, as advised we are aware of this fault and our engineers are working to resolve this as soon as possible. I'll post back on your thread to confirm as soon as we have a further update.

It's a known incident affecting many people at the moment and has been raised to a high level to provide a solution.
Unfortunately the old rebooting trick is the only solution at the moment.
If you wish you can also try using google DNS - 8.8.8.8 & 8.8.4.4 to see if this helps improve stability, although not sure how effective this may be.
