Hi,
My Windows VPN has stopped working when I connect through the talktalk router at home. I have read other posts and it looks like it is a Windows 10 update being incompatible with the router and a replacement model solves this. Can you advise on providing a replacement router?

What model of router do you have, if it is the Sagemcom Wi-Fi Hub then the support team here may well be able to fix it for you by changing the firmware version that the router is running.
For one of the TalkTalk Support Team on this community to be able to look into this you will need to update your community profile to include your name, landline telephone number that your TalkTalk service is provided on & an alternative contact number. This will allow them to identify you, and they will then be able to help.
Don't post any personal details in this thread, just add them to your community profile (only you and the TalkTalk Support Team on this community can see your profile details).
The Support Team here probably won't be around now until Monday, but they should be able to respond to this post early next week to help.
