Wrong Line being switched

hi so i have put in an order to swap my IDNet Plan to Talktalk and what has happened is even though i put in the phone number for IDNet the other line in my house which is on Now Broadband is the one currently in plan to be swapped, I cant find any form of live support or phone number to sort this
