connection keeps dropping

Internet connection keeps dropping, i reset, restart and it has a white light which is good but it works for around 5 - 10 mins and then loose all connection again. I have run a line test and they said they can see a fault then they email me saying all sorted but it happens again - has anyone else had this? maybe i need a WIFI Booster?
