Just a daily graph, showing a week at a time, but if you have a very routine pattern of usage, you could just scale that up to get an approximate idea.

 

All packages are "unlimited", @Billym1.

 

You can see your daily figures by going to the Service Status Dashboard,  clicking on Service Centre, and nearer the bottom of the page you'll see these options:
