due to a problem with renewing my contract with talk talk my internet access was cut of on 1st october and not restored till the 8th november but despite many visits from engineers i sill do not have working fibre broadband i am using internet via my phone line also my phone number was changed despite being assured i could keep my old number

talk talks customer service is the worst as no one helps

It's OK, your profile appears to have been updated. I've checked the line for the telephone number in your profile and it appears that you have an Internet connection. What colour is the light on the router at the moment?

  • Name
  • Telephone number
  • Alternative contact number
