My internet works for a 2MINS and then it stops. Only restarting the laptop makes it work. THis happened last month too.

Hello,

 

I'm sorry to hear this. I've run a test on the line now which hasn't detected a fault. Can I just confirm, does this also happen if you connect wired? Do any lights change on the router when this happens?

Sounds like an issue with your laptop unless other devices are showing the same issue.

 

Are you connecting via WiFi or LAN cable ?

 

What router do you have and what do the indicator lights show when the "internet stops" ?
