my internet has been on/off for 2weeks and 2 days ago failed completely a tt engineer visited 2 weeks ago when this first happened and could find no fault with the house setup and organised an open reach guy for 2 days later who found no fault but the line to be a problem and referred back to open reach who sent another tech engineer who referred back that a line survey was required. now 2 weeks later after many frustrating calls to tt I cannot find out what is happening. Each contact with tt I am asked to do a line test ! with no internet connection how?
I am getting close to changing supplier any help please
