thanks for checking yes we did receive it and the signal from the router is better with the new one. The speed is not great from the router but i have not had time to check and change the channels to ensure we are not getting interference from our neighbours. I will do this at the weekend hopefully

I can send you a replacement router. Can I just check, is the telephone number in your Community Profile the correct one? (please don't post the number on this thread)

 

Once I've confirmed the details are correct then I can then send the router.
