Hi,
Which package are youon for your broadband?
Which TV box do you have? TV Hub, 4k box or older YouView box?
How is the box connected to the internet? Hard wired to the router, via powerline plugs or via WiFi?
Is this buffering on live TV or when you are using catchup apps such as the iPlayer or ITVX?
What have you tried to resolve the issue? Reboot the router? Turn the TV box off at the mains and restarted it? Anything else?
If you can let us know the above answers we van give the correct advice.
